Tsebo company, ranked in the top 14 of the best employer in Africa

Tsebo Solutions Group is proud to announce its recognition as a Top Employer in Africa, marking the organization’s first time receiving this prestigious continental certification. This milestone also includes expanding its certification to Kenya, Zimbabwe, and Zambia, while maintaining its certification in South Africa for the third year in a row. Additionally, Tsebo ranked 14th out of 154 participants in South Africa, emphasizing its strong commitment to cultivating thriving workplaces and promoting a high-performance culture.
As one of Africa’s largest employers, Tsebo’s dual achievement reflects its commitment to empowering employees and improving the work environment across the continent. The company achieved an impressive overall score of 94.65%, exceeding the global benchmark by 10%, with notable improvements across all HR domains evaluated by the Top Employers Institute.

The Top Employers Certification Programme evaluates organizations through a rigorous HR Best Practices Survey, covering six domains and 20 topics, including People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Diversity and Inclusion, and Well-being. Tsebo underwent an extensive independent audit to verify its exceptional HR practices and policies.
